Somewhere Over Camp
Description
Camp Mitchell is committed to being an open, safe, and affirming space for all people. All of our programming is designed to be welcoming and affirming, and we strive to create a safe space in all that we do. We understand the value and need for a camp experience specifically for members of the LGBTQIA+ community and their loved ones. Somewhere Over Camp is for LGBTQIA+ folks, led by LGBTQIA+ folks (youth, adult individuals, couples, and families.) We welcome your family, chosen and of origin, whom ever they might be. The only requirement is that children and youth must attend with an adult.

Are you interested in serving on staff for Somewhere Over Camp? We will be looking for LGBTQIA+ leadership staff, CITs, and volunteer session staff members. If you would like to get involved, please reach out to andy@campmitchell.org for more information.
