On the Menu:

Goan Chicken Cafreal – A Portuguese-influenced dish of chicken marinated and roasted in a vibrant cilantro, garlic, and spice paste, embodying the unique flavors of Goa.

Konkani Prawn Curry with Rice – A Karnataka coastal staple, this dish features prawns in a creamy coconut milk base, balanced with warming spices and a hint of tang.

Kerala Fish Pollichathu – A Kerala delicacy, fish fillets wrapped in banana leaves with a fragrant masala of caramelized onions, tomatoes, and curry leaves, then pan-seared to perfection.

Sol Kadhi – The iconic pink drink of the Konkan coast, a refreshing blend of coconut milk and tart kokum fruit, perfect for cooling down and aiding digestion.
