Like all not-for-profit organizations, The Clearing benefits greatly from the generosity of donors. Donations help "bridge the gap" between the income earned from class fees, memberships and the endowment, and the total income that is actually required to maintain 128 acres of land and a dozen buildings, and to provide quality programs for over 1,500 people each year.
