We're excited to welcome your camper to Camp Adams this summer! This form should be filled out by a parent/guardian and will be shared with your camper's counselors ahead of the first day of camp.

Media Release
I authorize the Camp Adams staff and volunteers to take photographs of my camper to be used for marketing purposes on the Camp Adams website, on Camp Adams social media pages, and in print marketing for Camp Adams.
