Teacher Recommendation
Please enter your music teacher's contact information to email a recommendation request. Only one recommendation can be requested and it is not a condition of acceptance into the Csehy program, but the completion of this form better informs our instructors in preparation for your lessons this summer. The teacher recommendation is usually filled in by your private teacher in the instrument which will be your major study at Csehy. If you do not take private lessons, then please enter the email address for a band director or choir director who can give us an indication of your musical ability.
