Field Trip Permission
I give my child permission to participate in field trips planned for Grace-St. Luke's School. These might include trips to Snowden field or to the swimming pool on specifically designated weeks for swimming instructions. I understand that those in charge of the trips will uphold safety standards, and I will see that my child is in good health and is properly equipped for participation. I further understand that, while the school provides accident insurance for my child while involved in activities planned as part of Grace-St. Luke's School, this coverage is only meant to supplement my own medical insurance and is not intended to replace it.
