This form is to be filled out by the parent and/or guardian of the minor. Any changes to this form between registration and arrival at camp should be provided in writing in advance OR to the camp health care staff upon check-in. 'Campership' Scholarship Application 2025We offer financial assistance (campership) within our camp registration process. The campership application is open to anyone interested in receiving campership funds. In order for the application to be processed, a registration will need to be complete.
Military Discount 2025CYO Camp Rancho Framasa offers a reduced rate for the direct dependents of deployed service members. To receive this discount, please provide the service member’s name, rank, unit number and expected return date in the payment section.
