A: | We have found that Firefox seems to be most compatible with our registration website. However, other internet browsers should work too.

Berkeley Bus |
Q: | Is there any transportation for children between Berkeley and Camp Tzofim |
A: | We will be providing a bus, free of charge, that leaves the Berkeley Branch at 8:45am and will be returning around 4pm. If there is a time before the bus leaves or after it comes back to the Berkeley Branch, please purchase the appropriate Extended Care

Extended Care |
Q: | Where can I find extended care costs? |
A: | The cost of extended care (morning or afternoon) will be particular to the camp you sign up for (Camp Tzofim or Berkeley and Oakland Specialty Camps).
You can find out the extended care costs for both members and non-members by clicking on the session or class that you are interested in, on the initial page that displays all sessions and classes that we offer. Once you have clicked on that page the relevant information will be towards the bottom of the page

Q: | What are the benefits of being a JCC Member? |
A: | Your membership is a valuable contribution to our community as a whole! Becoming a member enables us to provide services to families and seniors and offer community events and classes at reduced or no cost. Joining with us as a member also helps us to secure more funding from grants and other sources by showing strong community support for our organization and mission.
Additional Member Benefits include:
• 1 free pass ($50 value) for any of our School’s Out Programming held during most school holidays, including Winter and Spring vacations. Passes include 8am-6pm child-care including a local fieldtrip and can be used at either our Oakland or Berkeley locations. Additional siblings are $40 for members. (Non-member prices are $60 per day/ $55 for a sibling). For children in grades K-8.
• 10% discount at all Epicurious Garden Restaurants located at 1511 Shattuck Ave, Berkeley CA 94709 when you show your membership card.
• Only $100 for Family Access to Aquatic Facilities at Contra Costa JCC. The Contra Costa JCC’s sunny, outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. This unlimited family access package comes highly recommended by Camp parents for the warm weather and convenience. Located at 2071 Tice Valley Boulevard, Walnut Creek, CA 94595. • Members are eligible to participate in both After-School Programs and the Pre-School. The JCC East Bay operates after school programs in Oakland and Berkeley. For more information about these programs contact:

Payment |
Q: | Can I schedule a payment after May 2nd, if I sign up prior to this date? |
A: | Our last day that payments can be made without receiving a $25 fee is Monday, May 1st. When scheduling payments, please make sure that your last payment date falls before or on May 1st.
We cannot put any type of barrier in the system that prevents you from scheduling a payment post May 2nd. Therefore it your responsibility to make sure your last payment is scheduled before or on that date.
