General Camp Questions

Q:Is there a cancellation fee?
A:

Cancellation Policy for Leadership Academy TN



Cancellations for camp 61 days before the session allow a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.



Cancellations for camp 14-60 days before the session allow for a camp credit for the same season or following season minus a $25 cancellation fee.



Cancellations for camp less than 14 days before the session have no refunds.



Q:Does it cost anything to switch weeks?
A:

There is no fee for transfer to another week up to 14 days before the start if space is available.



No transfers will be processed within 14 days of camp without a doctor’s note.



Q:Do you offer extended care?
A:

Weekly After Care can be purchased for $65/week as an add-on during registration.

It will not be available to purchase on a day-to-day basis.

Late pickup after 5:15pm a fee of $1/minute may be assessed.

Extended Care includes activities and supervision by our highly trained camp staff. Campers are encouraged to pack an extra snack with their lunch to cover the extended time.
