Refund Policy

Q:What is the camp's refund policy?
A:Summer Camps: If the camper is unable to attend, all but $20.00 of the fee that has been paid will be refunded. Refunds must be requested PRIOR to the beginning of the camp session. Once the child/adult has arrived, no refunds will be made for sickness (including Covid), homesickness, disruptive behavior or "no show".
Winter Camps and Camp Sponsored Retreats: Same policy as above applies, except that the fee is $10.00 of the fee that has been paid will be refunded.


Scholarships

Q:Do you offer any scholarships or financial assistance?
A:If you are in need of financial assistance to attend camp this summer please contact the camp office at info@ljca.org or 260.833.2786 to receive the online link for for assistance.
There are scholarships available for those in need of some financial need!

Registration Help!

Q:I'm trying to register my son or daughter for camp and I'm unable to.
A:If you are trying to register your son/daughter for a camp session that is not full and that will begin soon, please contact the camp at 260.833.2786 or email us at info@ljca.org
