ALL weeks of LifeSeeds Summer Camp will be held at Arcadia University located at 450 S. Easton Road, Glenside, PA 19038, enter at Kuch Athletic Center.
Camp Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Before Care: Begins at 7:30 AM
(+ $10 per camper daily)
After Care: Begins at 3 pm until 4 PM
(+ $10 per camper daily)

Summer Camp Pricing |
| Q: | How much does camp cost for 2025? |
| A: | PRE-REGISTRATION ($25/$20)
Register for camp BY December 31, 2025 and receive the Pre–Registration Discount – cost of camp is $370 each week (Week 2 prorated to $310 per week.)
EARLY REGISTRATION ($15/$10)
Register for camp BETWEEN January 1, 2025 and BY May 1st , 2025 and receive the Early Registration Discount – cost of camp is $380 each week (Week 1 prorated to $320 per week.)
REGISTRATION
Register for camp AFTER May 1, 2025 – cost of camp is $395 each week (Week 1 prorated to $330 per week.)

| Q: | Can I pay by credit card? |
| A: | Yes.
At this time, we do not offer credit card payments during online registration. Please register your campers and pay the minimum non-refundable deposit (by ACH) or reach out to us to register for you.
Notify us by e-mail (lifeseedsorg@gmail.com or lifeseedscamp@gmail.com or call (215) 346-6235 and we will send a link to make a secure credit card payment using SQUARE INVOICE. We will then update your camp account to reflect this payment.

Pick-Up Questions |
| Q: | How can I change or update my authorized pickups? |
| A: | Add individuals in your camp account that are authorized to pick up your campers. Anyone not approved will not be allowed to pick up your camper.
Log into your UltraCamp account to make any changes.
IMPORTANT
If updating your authorized pick-ups after 5 pm the day before camp, fill out an authorized pick-up form and bring to camp.

Registration |
| Q: | What if I need to cancel my registration? |
| A: | You are able to cancel registrations directly in your camp account if done a week before the start of the particular session. Otherwise, contact us by phone or email and we will process your cancellation.
- Cancellations made a week before the start of each registered session – Cancel directly from your account. Full refund less $50 non-refundable deposit per week registered.
- Cancellations made within the week leading up to each registered session – Contact us. 50% refund (less $50 non-refundable deposit per week registered).
- NO REFUNDS for cancellations made on or after the Monday of each week of camp. Please notify us.

All refunds will be mailed within 14 business days.

| Q: | Can I change or switch weeks? |
| A: | Notify us by email or phone to switch weeks of camp.
There is a $15 processing fee for switching any week of camp.
All switches must be requested at least a week before the start of the session. All payments, including the deposit, will be transferred to the new week. ($15 fee applied.)
We do not allow switches if the request is made within a week leading up to the session. In this case, the session will be cancelled, the deposit forfeited, and the camper must be re-register for the new week of camp.

| Q: | What should my child bring to camp? |
| A: | - We encourage campers to bring tennis racquets, lacrosse sticks, and gloves if possible
- Lunch (in a small cooler or insulated bag if needed)
- Water bottle (we have refill stations on campus)
- Sunscreen
- On days when we have water play, you may want to send a towel and change of clothes
- Please clearly label ALL belongings, including any sports equipment!

| Q: | Is lunch provided? |
| A: | We do not offer or sell lunch at camp.
We recommend campers bring lunches in small coolers or insulated lunch bags. Also, refillable insulated water bottles.
On Fridays, we provide pizza for all campers.
(We still suggest campers bringing a snack on Friday.)

| Q: | Are parents and family members allowed to visit during the camp day? |
| A: | Yes, with approval.
Family and friends are welcome to visit LifeSeeds, but MUST call or email to be pre-approved. We also offer Family Days where families are invited to attend and join in the fun.

Sports |
| Q: | Is it possible to change sports AFTER the first day? |
| A: | No.
You can modify your camper’s sport in your UltraCamp account until the Wednesday before each registered week. Late sport changes may be requested but might not be possible.
If you have an exceptional or unique circumstance that warrants a sport change after the first day of camp, please notify us via email no later than 6 pm on Monday.
