Q: | What forms must be completed? |
A: | Any forms pending in the Message Center are required. The Document Center has a list of all available forms to review (both filled and unfilled). Additional forms may be added by Seacamp before the session starts.

Payments |
Q: | How do I make a partial payment? |
A: | When paying with bank account, if you would like to split payments between people or enter a custom amount, you must pay the deposit first and finish registration. Once registration is complete, navigate to "Make a Payment" at the account page in UltraCamp. This will let you enter a custom amount to pay.

Q: | How long does it take for an ACH transfer to show up on my bank statement? |
A: | ACH transfers take approximately 4-10 business days to verify account before being posted to your bank statement. For banks already linked, it takes about 1-5 business days. This payment will appear on your bank statement as originating from UltraCamp, LLC. UltraCamp manages our reservation system and payment processing.

Transportation |
Q: | What transportation is offered by Seacamp? |
A: | Access to this beautiful area by car is on U.S. 1, the major highway connecting the Keys to the mainland. Airport services from major cities fly to the Miami International Airport. Bus/van fare is not included in the camp fee and is subject to change.
A chartered bus will depart from the Miami International Airport on opening (first) day of each session. Campers will return to the Miami International Airport on closing (last) day at the end of each session. No other stops of pick-ups are possible. Flights need to arrive no earlier than 9:00 AM and before 1:00 PM on opening days. Flight departure times should be after 3:00 PM and before 7:00 PM on closing day. All campers will be chaperoned by camp staff.
If you cannot meet the Miami Airport arrival or departure times, please contact the Seacamp office for options. We cannot over-emphasize the importance of making all transportation reservations well ahead of time (at least 3 weeks prior to arrival or departure).
Each airline has different regulations and fees associated with the traveling of an unaccompanied minor and baggage allowances. Please confirm with your individual airline regarding their requirements and plan accordingly for both arrival and departure flights.

UltraCamp Account |
Q: | Who needs an UltraCamp account? |
A: | Anyone who wishes to register their child for camp or to make a donation or sponsorship must register.
The first account to be made will be the primary contact and additional parents and children can be added to this account. Only the primary account holder can login and modify the account.
Secondary contacts can be CC'ed on emails from UltraCamp if desired, but they cannot login. The login for the primary account must be shared if another person wishes to make modifications.
Any forms can be downloaded and shared with a second parent/guardian for them to fill out and mailed or emailed back to Seacamp to import into the account.
