Q: | Why is my balance so high? |
A: | Your balance is the total for all registered sessions. Your balance and the amount due are typically different amounts.

Q: | Can I enroll for one month at a time? |
A: | No, our after school programming is set-up to register for the entire school year or for the remainder of the school year so that we can plan for staffing.
It is possible to cancel remaining sessions (within our cancellation guidelines) if you need to end service at any given point during the school year.

Q: | If I'm an employee, why does it show a fee when I register? |
A: | Every session has an applicable fee. We verify employment on a monthly basis and apply adjustments to active employee accounts. Any fees for sessions that have a start date when someone is not employed with CFA are the responsibilty of the Primary Contact.

Q: | What is Travel Protection insurance and how does it work? |
A: | Through a partnership between UltraCamp and C&F Services we are able to offer Travel Protection insurance for overnight camp accomodations.
