Q: | How do I check my balance? |
A: | To check your balance you will first need to log into your account. Once in your account you will see a brief overview in your account summary. To see a more detailed breakdown of your balance click the 'View my Fiances' in the common tasks.

Q: | How do I make a payment? |
A: | To make a payment you will first need to log into your account. Once in your account you can make a payment by clicking the make a payment button on the gray menu bar or clicking the make a payment button under common tasks.

Camp Store |
Q: | How/Where do I add store money to my account? |
A: | Store money can be added by clicking Additional Options on the gray menu bar and then selecting 'Camp Store'.

Forms |
Q: | How do I edit/upload my insurance card? |
A: | You can upload your insurance card in the Document Center.
You will need a scanned copy of your insurance card formatted as a PDF of image file type. To access the document center log into your account and expand the 'Additional Options' from the menu bar and select the 'Document Center'. In the document center click the green up arrow next to the 'Insurance Card' and follow the instructions on how to upload the file.

Q: | How do I pre-fill out a form |
A: | You can pre-fill your Health History form by logging into your account and clicking the 'Additional Options' on the gray menu bar and then selecting the 'Document Center'. In the document center select the health history form.

Sheltermate Requests |
Q: | How do I request a sheltermate? |
A: | To add or change your sheltermate request you will first need to log into your account. Once in your account click the session name under current reservations you would like to add/change your request. On the reservation details expand the 'Additional Information' gray bar and click 'Edit this information'

Q: | How do I create an account? |
A: | To create a new account click My Account on the gray menu bar. On the Log In page click the create an account button on the right hand side.

Forms |
Q: | How do I edit my forms? |
A: | Forms can be edited on the Person level. Once logged into your account select the account member whose forms you would like to edit. On the person detail expand the gray 'My Forms' bar and click on the form you would like to edit. Be sure to save your changes

Q: | How do I reset my password? |
A: | To reset your password click the My Account menu item. On the Log In page click the 'Forgot your login information?' on the left hand side of the page. You will need to know the email you used to create your account.
