Refunds/Cancellations |
Q: | I cancelled my registration, but I haven't been refunded yet. When will I be refunded? |
A: | We process refunds within 3-5 business day. The money is refunded to the credit card you used for your original purchase. If you have questions or concerns, you are welcome to call Reservations Mon. - Fri. between 8:30am and 4:30pm at (919) 220-5429, ext. 313.

Creating/Managing Your Account |
Q: | How do I create a new account for my family? |
A: | Click on "MyAccount" on the upper left toolbar and look for the "I DO NOT have an account" on the right-hand side of the page. Click on "Create an account". Enter the primary account information (this should be an adult, and is probably YOU!). You can also add another contact such as your spouse/partner, a grandparent or someone who is an authorized pick-up for your child(ren). Create a password and click "Create Account >>" at the bottom right of the page.

Q: | I've forgotten my username and/or password - what do I do? |
A: | Click the "Forgot Your Login Information?" button.
Enter the email address you used when you registered.
Ultracamp will send it to you immediately!
NOTE: If you do not remember which email address you used, try each one separately...but if you STILL can't get it to work, let us know and we can check it for you. Turnaround time for this request can be up to four days, though usually we can get back to you within 48 hours or less.
