Welcome to the portal for the best volunteer on the planet! Grow as a leader outside all summer with an incredible group of campers and staff in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains.

Volunteer positions have a $450 per week stipend and the standard staff summer is 5 weeks. Leadership training is included both during pre-season and in-service during the summer. Meals and lodging is included on site. Please contact info@smithpark.org for more information.

All volunteers applying for 2025 employment must submit this form and provide a work history (resume) and three references. Additionally, once hired a background check, physical, and immunization record is required for all employees and volunteers.
