April Vacation Camp: Art Around Us
Description
Join us for a week-long introductory art camp designed for campers ages 10-14, where imagination knows no bounds! Participants will explore visual and theater arts. Each day, campers will dive into various media, like painting, drawing, and crafts, while also discovering the fundamentals of acting and storytelling.

Through guided projects, collaborative group work, and hands-on workshops, campers will: understand that art can be seen everywhere around us; enhance their artistic skills; express their creativity; and build confidence. The week culminates in a small showcase, allowing campers to share their creations and performances with others. Unleash your creativity and make new friends in a fun, trauma-sensitive, welcoming, and supportive environment that celebrates diversity! Breakfast and lunch are provided.

Cambridge Camping provides programs for children and families from under-resourced circumstances in Cambridge and surrounding communities. Eligibility for enrollment in this program may be determined based on household size and income. The online enrollment process will ask families to submit documentation to verify household income to be reviewed by Cambridge Camping staff.
