Campership Request - Summer 2025
Description
Please complete this form to apply for a campership for Camp Quest Ohio's June 30-July 6, 2024 session at 4-H Camp Canter's Cave in Jackson, OH. Campership requests are reviewed monthly and you will receive notification of the decision and award near the beginning of the month. If you accept the campership award, your camper will be registered for camp.

If you have completed the campership form, you do not need to complete the Camper Registration Form.
