Description
If the camper is under 5 years old: Five Pines Ministries is required by the State of Michigan to have a physical vaccination card on hand. Please provide this no later than arrival on Monday of your child's camp week.

If this requirement affects your decision to bring your child to camp, or you have any questions about bringing the card to camp, please call the office at 269-815-5527 so that we can discuss this as soon as possible.
