This exciting, yet demanding, eight-day program gives high school musicians the opportunity for musical development through group and individualized instruction provided by qualified staff and professional musicians. All academy members will participate in concert band, instrument sectionals, and small ensembles. Students may also audition for jazz band. Academy members will enjoy free concerts performed by local musicians and daily recreational activities. For outgoing 8th graders to outgoing 12th graders.

Resident / Commuter
Commuter
For the overnight music academies (SoMMA, SMCMA and SMJMA), commuters is more than a day camp. Campers eat breakfast at home. Lunch and dinner is provided. Campers participate in all day and evening activities, and go home when the resident campers are returning to their dorm, approximately 9 - 9:30 p.m. each night. ($100 less, adjustment will be made upon confirmation)
Resident
Campers will be housed 2 to a room, and may request request roommate options during the registration process or later.
