Packed with everything you need—supplies, step-by-step instructions, and engaging resources—it's perfect for regular troop meetings or whenever it fits your schedule.

Registration and Availability
Registration for the Promote the Vote Badge Discovery Kit opens on October 8, 2024. Kits will be available for pick-up or shipment starting October 8, 2024, at 4 PM and every two weeks after that.

Kit Options:
  • Metro Troops (within 25 miles of Council at 6100 N Robinson Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73118) are highly encouraged, but not required, to opt to pick up their kits at the Council office. Each girl’s kit will be organized into a larger troop box and ready for pick-up at the 2nd-floor pick-up area.
  • Non-Metro Troops will receive individual mailers for each girl delivered to the address provided at registration.
Important Shipping Details:
If you select the shipping option, be sure your address is current in our system when registering. Double-check your address with Customer Care at GSWESTOK to confirm accuracy. You will also receive an email from tkemp@gswestok.org to verify the shipping address. Accurate address information is crucial for delivery, and we’ll work to ensure everything is correct.

Registration is open until October 8, 2025!
The first kits will be ready for pick-up or shipping on October 8, 2024, and will continue every two weeks from that point forward.
If you register less than three days before a pick-up/ship date, your kit will be available for the following pick-up/ship date, not the one three days away.
