Description
Great campers make great counselors! The Counselor in Training (CIT) program at Camp T is designed to help train the next generation of amazing Camp Counselors. This is a 3-level progressive program, with participants taking on more responsibility each year.

CIT 1s must be 15 years of age or older, and will spend 2 weeks at camp. As a CIT 1, you will live in a cabin with other similarly-aged campers for both weeks. CIT 1s meet with the CIT Director daily, and learn about what it takes to be a camp counselor. CIT 1s help lead activities, assist counselors, work in the camp kitchen, and do a service project for camp. There is still plenty of time to be a camper and have fun, too!
