Summer Camp - Camper Application
Description
Summer Camp offers a way to connect children, ages 7 - 12, who have lost loved ones with other children who are experiencing the same thing. They are free to share their feelings, thoughts, and experiences with one another. In this safe and supportive environment, children gain a sense of belonging and learn they are not alone in their grief.

QUALIFICATIONS
In order to qualify for Summer Camp and to successfully participate in camp therapy activities, children must recall specific emotions and memories of their lost loved one. For this reason, the child's loss must be recent—within three years or less for younger campers.

If the child you're registering is outside of the 7-12 age range, please consider registering them and the rest of the family for our Family Retreat program.

Camp Agape is not equipped to serve children with developmental and physical needs. However, we can offer references of other camp programs that support the special needs of children with developmental and physical disabilities.
