Boys' CILT 1
Description
CILT is an acronym for Camper in Leadership Training. CILT is a 2-year program where campers learn about leadership styles, outdoor skills, how to lead a Bible Exploration, roles of camp staff - counselor, division director and support staff, receive First Aid and CPR training, have a designated staff leader for guidance, physical & developmental characteristics of campers. All of these skills will assist them as they learn what it takes to be a camp counselor overseeing the physical and spiritual well-being of campers.

There will be virtual lessons as well as in-camp lessons with opportunities to grow in their individual leadership skills.
