Finnish Adult Weekend

Minimum registration fee $50
Come to our first-ever Salolampi extended weekend for adults! The program will start Thursday evening, September 12, and go until Monday midday, September 16, perfect for those in school and who work full-time. We have Finnish language instruction each day except Thursday, cultural presentations, Finnish activities (crafts, sports, games, conversation, etc.), singing, movies, walks in the beautiful forest, as well as delicious Finnish food and sauna by the lake. We will also hear lots of Finnish folk music performed in her own jazzy style by former Finlandia Foundation Performer of the Year and professional jazz singer/saxophone player, Juli Wood, and her complete ensemble--thanks to a Finlandia Foundation grant!  Email clvregister@cord.edu if you have questions.
