Do you love to cook? We’ll work on knife skills, baking, making fresh pasta, and more! You’ll learn from the expert chefs from the GCDS Upper School. Our goal is to teach the students both basic cooking techniques and advanced techniques depending upon your student's skill level. On the first day, we will evaluate students based upon ability, and group them by ability then teach them accordingly. We hope to teach our students techniques and flavor profiles, which will allow them to live tastier lives.
