Seek and Sip (Adults 21+)
Description
Escape the daily grind and embark on a unique spiritual journey at "Seek and Sip," our inaugural half-week adult church camp. Enjoy savoring your favorite wine, beer, coffee, tea or bug juice as you re-live the cherished camp memories of your youth, while exploring your faith today.

Please note: Camp will not be serving Alcohol and it is not included in the price of this event. Participants may plan to bring their favorite beer or wine. More information will come later.


Camp Highlights:

1. Your Camp, Your Way: At Seek and Sip, you're the counselor of your camp adventure. Choose for yourself from a variety of daily summer camp activities.

2. Thoughtful Speakers: Engage with esteemed speakers who'll guide us in exploring our faith and spirituality in the modern age. These thought-provoking sessions will inspire new perspectives and meaningful insights.

3. Starlit Worship: Gather beneath the open skies for nightly worship infused with live music. Find solace and connection in these sacred moments.

4. Faith and Fellowship: Come for the faith, stay for the fellowship. It's where the harmony of spirituality and relaxation creates an indelible camp experience.

Directors

Jonathan Bradner

Jonathan is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ and pastor of Immanuel United Church of Christ in St. Bernard, Ohio. A lifelong camper and advocate for the Heartland Conference Outdoor Ministries, Jonathan has been involved with Confirmation Camp, Pathfinders Camp, Bright Beginnings Camp, MMADD Camp and Jr. MMADD Camp. "I am both excited and grateful for the opportunity to bring an adults only camp to our Outdoor Ministries program, to prove that camp is not just for the kids!"

Chelsea Lee
Chelsea is a Special Education Teacher working with students on what they want to do after high school. As a camper she attended Choir camp and was an active member of Fall Youth Event. Chelsea has volunteered as a counselor for a variety of camps, was on the planning team for Fall Youth Event, summer staff for both Pilgrim and Templed Hills and worked Nature’s Classroom at both camps. Currently Chelsea is an active member of Lantern’ Women’s retreat as a member of the Steering Committee. She looks forward to hanging out with you at camp!

This discount is for campers who have never attended an Heartland Conference UCC Summer Camp before at any location (Templed or Pilgrim Hills)		$15.00
Recruiter discount
This discount is for campers who recruited someone to attend camp for the first time this year and that new person registered for camp and listed them as a recruiter. Discount will be verified before applied.		$15.00
Seek and Sip one day/three meals
Choose to attend Seek and sip for One overnight/day and three meals		$170.00
Seek and Sip Thursday to Saturday
If you would like to attend Thursday after dinner through Saturday, choose this discount to reduce your fee by one day $85.		$85.00
