Junior Day Teacher Application 2025
Description
Junior Day Teachers are at least 21 years old. The Junior Day Teacher position works in the Junior Day program 8:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Duties include:
-Primary leader of a Junior Day camper class during a session.
-Creation, implementation, and oversight of their class curriculum and lesson plans.
-Supervise lunch and recess with their class.
-Manage counselor(s) assigned to their class.
-Manage AM and PM carpool.
-Set tone for class norms, rules, and expectations.
-Create and foster a sense of community and cohort cohesiveness.
-Make each camper feel welcome, comfortable, and known.
