Counselors in Training- Session 1
Description
The Falcon Counselor in Training Program is an exclusive opportunity to learn valuable life skills that help you discover the kind of leader you want to become at Falcon and beyond. The program balances hands-on experience with the guidance of administration and staff mentors.

CITs must be 16 years old and completed the 10th grade. This program requires an application and interview in order to be accepted. An application does not guarantee entry into the program. This program requires a four week commitment as well as staff orientation week. Candidates who successfully complete the program will receive 400 hours of community service.
