Thank you for seeking an incredible summer job to use your talents to bring Glory to God! We guarantee that you will immerse yourself into daily blessings that arise within this ministry. We pray God guides you and provides for you throughout this entire process with The Retreat at Norwich Lake / Timothy Hill Christian Camp!

All hired staff will be expected to attend, participate, and assist in leading any of the following: devotionals, group sessions, recreation, entertainment, worship, and communicate clearly. Staff has an understanding that each of these are designed to encourage growth in all areas of life: spiritual, emotional, physical, and social. Summer 2025 hire dates are for June 11th - September 11th (flexible).

Each hired counselor will receive a variable stipend based on experience. In addition, counselors will receive lodging, meals, and a 2025 Summer t-shirt.
