Pond Turtles Session 06: Critter Crafters
Description
Bright paint, squishy clay, sticky glue, plus all the animals in the entire zoo! If your littlest animal lover also loves arts and crafts, this is their camp. We’ll turn our shared delight for animals into easy and fun hands-on creations all week long.

In Pond Turtle Groups, children discover animals throughout the zoo building skills such as empathy, peer collaboration, mindfulness, and scientific inquiry.

A daily routine including morning circle, bathroom breaks, snacks and lunch will help set campers up for school year success. While the daily routine is the structure of the curriculum there is day-to-day flexibility which allows instructors to focus on campers’ immediate needs and interests; each day is a new adventure.
