Fall Foraging Talk with Emily from F Work Farm
Description
Join us at Wright-Locke Farm this September for "Intro to Fall Foraging" with Emily Makrez, owner of F-Word Farm and an expert in all things fermenting, farming, and foraging. In this class, you will learn how to identify a variety of wild edibles, such as mushrooms, berries, greens, and even trees, through an engaging slideshow and in-person samples that you can see, feel, and smell.

Emily will guide you through the process of recognizing these seasonal treasures and demonstrate how to incorporate them into your culinary creations, whether for food or drink. Fun samples will be provided, allowing you to experience the flavors and possibilities of fall's wild bounty firsthand.

Don't miss this opportunity to deepen your knowledge of foraging and discover how to bring the tastes of the season into your kitchen!
