Artyfacts Yogakids 1st-4th
Description
Being on the go all day can be exhausting for students. Artyfacts YogaKids will introduce breathing
techniques to slow down our day and reenergize. We will imitate trees, flowers and animals in yoga poses and games to promote strength, coordination and kindness. This class is excellent for increasing focus and attention span. Come play "Yoga" with us ! Please make sure to bring a Yoga Mat each week to class.
