"As our campers grow, so do their appetites and the craving for tasty but often very processed snacks. “From Scratch” teaches your camper how to make everyday prepackaged foods like bread, pasta, and crackers from scratch, using simple, real ingredients. Your camper will be amazed at how easy, fun, and satisfying it is to make their own food from scratch as well as be surprised at how much better it may taste than store-bought versions. Each day they will make and taste new creations, at the end of the week they will take home all their foods they handmade from scratch to share with family and friends. This hands-on experience will not only teach them valuable kitchen skills but also empower them to make healthier food choices as they know exactly what goes into making some of their most favorite foods.
