Gr 5-8 Kids Cooking Camp
Description
Two days, two themes. Each day will be packed full of a variety of recipes to guide each student through several cooking and baking techniques.

CHCA Teaching Kitchen

* WHAT TO WEAR
Campers must wear closed toed shoes and long hair must be tied back. Please bring a water bottle.

*Menu 1:

Day 1: Familiar Favorites

Homemade bagels with whipped cream cheese

Roasted broccoli mac and cheese

Crispy chicken fingers with Chick Fila Sauce

Blueberry hand pies with homemade whipped cream



Day 2: Global Flavors and Street Food

Homemade crepes with sweet and savory filling

Street Tacos with homeade tortillas

Mexican Street Corn Salad

Chocolate Lava Cakes

We are able to accommodate some, but not all food allergies. IT IS THE PARENTS' RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY THE CAMP LEADER IN WRITING OF ANY FOOD ALLERGIES THAT YOUR STUDENT MAY HAVE.
