Discover the rich and diverse flavors from both Eastern and Western cultures in this engaging culinary class. Each month, kids embark on a culinary voyage, learning about the origins of various snacks and the holidays they are associated with. From savory to sweet, we'll explore the history and culture behind iconic treats from Chinese Mooncakes festival, Irish Halloween Cake, Filipino Puto Bumbong to the German Oktoberfest Pretzel. Our experienced instructor will guide students through the entire process, from preparation to presentation, while sharing insights into the cultural significance of these snacks.

Through this hands-on class, students will not only develop practical culinary skills but also gain a deeper appreciation for the diversity and culinary heritage of the East and West. By participating in these sessions, young chefs will enjoy a fun, educational experience that nurtures their curiosity and creativity.
