Designed to develop your coordination, strength, and flexibility, this dynamic program encourages students to explore their physical limits while mastering the art of movement. From building spatial awareness to improving balance and motor skills, AcroSports' Parkour classes offer an exciting way to challenge your body and mind.
Our expert coaches guide students through every twist and turn using state-of-the-art, USA Gymnastics-approved equipment like panel mats, incline mats, trapezoid mats, plyometric boxes, and skill blocks—ensuring each class is both safe and fun!
The Parkour Program Includes:
- Warm-up: Get your body moving with running, skipping, bear crawls, crab walks, jumping jacks, and cat crawls!
- Stretching: Enhance flexibility with full-body dynamic stretches and static hold stretches.
- Jumping: Master precision jumps, striding, and cat grabs as you gain air control!
- Climbing: Conquer the vaults with tic-tacs, safety vaults, speed vaults, turn vaults, lazy vaults, and the kong vault.
- Landing: Learn the art of safe landings with techniques like safety rolls, forward rolls, and hand slaps.
- Conditioning: Build strength and endurance with fun and challenging exercises like hollow rocks, burpees, broad jumps, leg lifts, shoulder taps, push-ups, planks, sit-ups, v-ups, and candlesticks.
