Get ready to flip, jump, and stretch your way through AcroSports’ dynamic gymnastics classes! Designed for kids of all skill levels, our classes focus on building coordination, strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Whether you're just starting or looking to refine your technique, we’ve got something for everyone!
With the guidance of our expert coaches, students will explore a fun and engaging curriculum that helps develop balance, spatial awareness, and motor skills. Our classes make use of top-of-the-line USA Gymnastics-approved equipment, including panel mats, incline mats, springboards, balance beams, and low bars, all in a safe, supportive environment.
What to Expect:
Warm-Up Fun: Get your body moving with energizing exercises like running, skipping, bear crawls, crab walks, jumping jacks, and more!
Stretching & Flexibility: Improve flexibility with dynamic full-body stretches and static hold stretches to increase range of motion and muscle control.
Mastering Body Positions: Learn key positions like hollow body, arch, tuck, pike, straddle, lunge, and even work toward those coveted splits!
Gymnastics Fundamentals: Perfect your skills with straight jumps, forward and backward rolls, donkey kicks, headstands, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and balance beam techniques.
Conditioning for Strength: Build strength and endurance with fun conditioning moves like hollow rocks, burpees, broad jumps, leg lifts, shoulder taps, push-ups, planks, sit-ups, v-ups, and candlesticks.
