Our Apprenticeship Program is an exclusive opportunity crafted for those who've completed CIT 1 and CIT 2 but are not yet 18 years old and ineligible for summer staff roles. This unique leadership opportunity allows those with a passion for leading girls to immerse themselves in the heart of summer camp. Participants will take a deeper dive into camp life by learning about specific program areas and exploring each staff member's roles while helping to create a wonderful experience for campers. Apprentices also build their real-world expertise by understanding the intricacies of the camp business and what it takes to host a summer camp. Apprentices must have completed CIT 1 and CIT 2 to apply for this opportunity. Candidates will be contacted to schedule a short interview. Participants are required to leave camp in-between sessions.
