Horse Camp Girls 3
Description
Session 3 Horse Camp is open to all riding levels (Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced).

Girls: Grades 6-10
Boys: Grades 7-9 (registration for boys is here)

Beginner: Beginner riders are those who have never ridden before and those who have limited riding experience. Riders will learn to control their horses at a walk and work on steering independently.

Intermediate: Intermediate riders should have a minimum of two previous sessions of horse camp or equivalent riding experience. Riders must be able to independently control a horse at a walk. Intermediate riders will learn how to control their horse at a trot. (Previous completion of Range and Rodeo Riders recommended.)

Advanced: Advanced riders are those who have completed a minimum of three previous sessions of horse camp or equivalent riding experience. Riders must be able to confidently control a horse and their body at a walk and trot. Advanced riders will learn how to control their horse at a canter and get to work with more advanced horses. (Previous completion of Pony Express and Gauchos recommended.)

Note: In Horse Camp, cabins are assigned by gender and age. Friends who attend camp together can be in the same cabin and do not need to be at the same riding level.
