Intermediate Plus: Piano
Description
This group class is designed for intermediate level brass pianists and above. Families must contact Ben Kintisch, Instrumental Music Coordinator, for approval to sign up.

Our group intermediate plus piano lessons focus on helping our experienced players continue to build their skills. Students will refine their skills as they read notes, read rhythms, play scales, play basic chords and other tools essential to play any style of music. This class is a great way to keep young piano players motivated and engaged in piano learning after they have progressed beyond the basics. Students should be able to play simple songs using both hands in C major and have some facility in other keys as well.

Previous lessons/study on the chosen instrument is required to enroll in intermediate lessons.

Students are required to have a piano or electric keyboard at home for practice in between lessons.

FCS will provide shared keyboards for use at school.

$8.5 discount per session due to dual enrollment in Ex-Day. The actual amount will depend on the total number of sessions. Please only select this if you are currently enrolled or plan to enroll in Ex-Day during the Auxiliary Program seasons. This discount will be reviewed at the end of the Auxiliary Program by an Administrator before it is approved and a credit will be applied to your Ultracamp account.
