Take the first step into camp leadership! Discover your leadership style as you learn about group dynamics, community problem-solving, and what it means to be a leader. You’ll get to put those skills to use to help counselors lead activities for younger campers while participating in all of the traditional camp activities like archery, boating, swimming, art projects, and campfires. You will even get to spend a weekend on camp where you can perfect your outdoor cooking skills, sleep out under the stars, and explore all of the magic camp has to offer! Completing this program is an excellent step to becoming a Counselor-in-Training. Discover your leadership potential as an Outdoor Leader!
