Tanglewood April Vacation Camp
Description
At Tanglewood, we love the changing seasons and all the learning opportunities that offers to children! Our goal is to focus on providing STEAM-based, hands-on experiences while weaving in team building skills that children can take with them into the world. You can view a sample schedule below. Additional activities will vary based on age but could include time on our archery range, fire building, and sledding if the weather allows!

Sample Schedule
8:30 - Drop off
8:30-8:45 - Opening circle
- Nature Sightings
- Group Game
8:45-9:00 - Gather into individual learning groups for the morning
9:00-11:30 - Group activities that could include: Kite building, fairy house/shelter building, pond scooping and hiking to our (small) waterfalls to race boats.
11:30-12:00 - Lunch and story time
12:00-12:30 - Free time to hang out in our dining hall, lawn or field
12:30-1:45 - First elective activity
1:45-2:00 - Snack break
2:00-3:00 - Second elective activity
3:00-3:15 - Closing circle
3:15-3:30 - Group game + Pick up
