This class will reinforce the fundamental concepts of space, time, and energy through the practices of modern dance technique. Instruction will focus on weight and suspension, fall and recovery, as well as strength and release. This class will also incorporate the contemporary style of movement and improvisation skills that will stretch each student's expressiveness.

Attire: Black leotard (tank or spaghetti straps), optional black boy short (must wear flesh colored convertible tights), no shoes and hair pulled up.
