Ballet serves as the technical foundation for many popular dance styles, including contemporary, lyrical, and jazz. It instills elegance of movement and essential skills for performing various dance forms. In this class, we introduce and build upon basic ballet positions and movements. Dancers will also learn the fundamentals of jazz and practice picking up choreography sequences that blend style and technique. Also, part of the class allows dancers to explore their own movements freely and find joy in dancing.

Attire: Black leotard, pink tights, pink split-sole ballet shoes, tan split-sole slip-on jazz shoe and hair pulled up.
