How cool would it be to be the boss at Apple or Nike for a day? In this fun, interactive program, students will develop problem-solving skills, cultivate a strategic mindset, and become business savvy. Participants act as CEOs for leading companies and collaborate to make strategic recommendations to address real business issues. Case studies include popular companies and examine the role of female and minority CEOs. Students will enhance their problem-solving skills, develop business acumen, and cultivate a strategic mindset as future leaders.

Class will focus on the following topics:

• Introduction to program
• CEO Match
• Case study on company background and analysis
• SWOT analysis on preferred company of student’s choice
• Coca – Cola Case study
• CEO pay discussion on CEO pay analysis
• McDonald’s case study
• Leadership quality discussion. Students answer the question: Who inspires them?
• Discuss earning money. List jobs for kids. List jobs for adults.
