River Camp Adventurers Scholarship Application
Description
You will indicate your desired week during the registration process and pay the non-refundable deposit to reserve your camper's space. If a scholarship is awarded, your camper will be moved into the appropriate session and you will be notified by e-mail. The majority of awarded scholarships are partial, ranging from $50 to $305 of the $355 fee. If there is a remaining balance on your account after a scholarship is awarded, it will be due 7 days prior to your session start date. If you are awarded a full scholarship, the deposit will be refunded to you.

Please do not register your camper for a specific session in addition to this application. If a scholarship is awarded, this registration will be used and River Camp staff will be manually add your camper into the appropriate session.

Early Drop Off
Early drop-off takes place at 7:30 am; registration includes early-drop off for M-F of the week listed above for the camper listed above. If you have more than one camper you would like to attend early drop-off this week, you will need to select the early drop-off registration and pay the $33 fee for each of them upon registration. Full details on where to go and how to check in will be attached to your confirmation e-mail upon completion of your registration. Due to the limited number of early drop-off spaces each week, the $33 fee due at the time of registration is non-refundable for this option.		+ $33.00
Late Pick-Up
Late pick-up takes place between 4:30 - 5:15 pm; registration includes late pick-up for M-F of the week listed above for the camper listed above. If you have more than one camper you would like to attend late-pick up this week, you will need to select the late pick-up registration and pay the $33 fee for each of them upon registration. Due to the limited number of spaces each week, the $33 fee due at the time of registration is non-refundable for this option.		+ $33.00

I would like to order a limited edition River Camp baseball cap in this year's colors for my camper for $23 (includes sales tax). As hats are ordered in advance of the start of camp, the $23 fee is non-refundable for this option.

Spring Fest 2025
Participants at Spring Fest 2025 have the opportunity to apply for a River Camp scholarship and be placed in a separate tier than the general public.		100%
