Step into the spotlight with the Coco Dance Kids - Musical Theater Camp, where imagination takes center stage! Our camp is a playground for exploring different worlds, characters, and time periods, all brought to life through engaging musical theater techniques, including dance, vocal coaching, and storytelling.

Campers will develop essential skills like stage presence, vocal projection, and character interpretation while diving into ensemble-style routines. From lively hip-hop to elegant ballet, dynamic tap, and contemporary flair, each dance draws inspiration from the rich history of Broadway musicals.

Faculty Bio:Meet D’Ionna West, a passionate educator and performer whose journey in dance began at the young age of 7. Her full time dance training launched in 2013 at BCIT Academy of Performing Arts, where she studied under Lauren Gebhart. Graduating as an Acting major with an honorary minor in dance, D’Ionna immersed herself in styles like ballet, modern, theater jazz, and tap. D’Ionna recently completed her training at The Neighborhood Playhouse School of Acting in New York City, honing her craft under the guidance of esteemed mentors like Taeler Cyrus, Mami Tomotani, and Christine Dakin. Fueled by her dream of opening a performing arts school, D’Ionna is dedicated to providing young, aspiring artists with opportunities to build a strong foundation in performance and fine arts. Her classroom is a space of inspiration and possibility, where every step brings her students closer to their own creative potential.

Stuart Camp Lunch 2024
Lunch (5 Day)
Lunch is available for purchase for $40/week for half day programs and Camp Stuart preschool programs. All other full day programs include lunch. For Lower, Middle, and Upper School camps, morning sessions end at 11:45 and afternoon sessions begin at 12:15. Lunch is held in the Student Center from 11:45-12:15.
