2025 Quilting Retreat
Description
Join a joyful group of quilters for a retreat full of laugher and sewing. Hang out with old friends and make new ones! Share, create space, and swap ideas with other talented fabric artists throughout the long weekend.

Wednesday-Sunday, Oct 1-5, 2025
$550 per person - includes 4 overnights, 4 dinners, and 4 breakfasts

Payments:
- $150 non-refundable deposit due at time of registration
- Final payment due by September 1 (1 month before event)
- Any registrations made after September 1 will pay in full at time of registration

Lodging:
- Single room in the Retreat Center (additional cost)
- ADA-accessible room in the Retreat Center
- Shared room in the Retreat Center: 2-4 people per room
- Dorm-style lodging in the Pines: 3-4 people per room
- Dorm-style lodging in the Cedars: 6 people per room

All lodging options have shared bathrooms.

Provided Meals:
- Wednesday dinner

No lunches are provided.
Participants can bring their own food which will be stored in the communal kitchen in their lodging building.
Silver Lake staff will also provide a list of restaurants in the area.

Schedule:
Check-in between 1-5pm on Wednesday, October 1
Check out by 12 noon on Sunday, October 5

Tentative Evening Programs (optional):
- Wednesday - meet new friends: get-to-know-you mixer
- Thursday - movie and/or game night
- Friday - outdoor campfire, with s'mores
- Saturday - show and tell: share your projects from the retreat

2 ADA bedrooms, each with 1 double bed in the Retreat Center building; entrance, both ADA bedrooms, 1 ADA restroom, 1 multi-person restroom (also ADA accessible), kitchen and common room all on the same level; stairs are used to access all other bedrooms.
