Tennis Academy (Week 3)
Description
Tennis Academy is perfect for children who either have expressed an interest in tennis or who just love to run around and be busy. We teach campers proper footwork, racquet handling, and the required body mechanics, in addition to other fundamental skills required for this sport. We provide all the equipment needed (racquets, balls, etc.) and pop-up nets that allow for indoor play. This camp is fun and exciting for the children while at the same time promoting self-esteem, sports etiquette and the benefits of exercise. Campers will participate in drills, games and relays which allow for all campers to participate and to be successful. Campers should wear tennis shoes or non-skid shoes to camp each day.
No camp on Thursday, June 19th.
